'Seascape' has one of the best sea views of all the apartments on the Garden of Eden complex, our two bed roomed duplex offers accommodation with two balconies, and lies on the shore line of this luxury marina beach village. Nestled on the edge of St Vlas Marina our apartment is south facing and has its own private sandy beach complete with parasols and sun loungers. Across the sheltered bay are views of Nessebar and Sunny Beach, Bulgaria's largest Black Sea resort. This is the perfect location for combining the night life of Sunny Beach, 4 km away and the historical town of Nessebar with its own unique architecture, cobbled streets and fishing village.

The onsite facilities are endless including three restaurants, 5 swimming pools, 1 indoor pool, shops and tennis courts. The complex has its very own marina where small craft can be moored and it's from here you can hire pedaloes, jet skis and small rowing boats.

KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchen with all the usual refinements including cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, blender and coffee maker, with cutlery glassware crockery and cooking utensils needed to lessen your work load. The laundry area located in the cloakroom has a washing machine, with laundry baskets, ironing board and iron. LIVING AREA: The first thing to greet you when you open the door to Seascape is the panoramic sea views. That's how we came to call it 'Seascape'. The apartment is fully air conditioned and offers wonderful open plan living on two floors. On level one, the living area includes sitting room, dining table, Kitchen, cloakroom and stairs leading to the lower floor. Here there are two bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and a bathroom. The living area has two large sumptuous leather sofas, and tasteful decor to ensure the relaxing atmosphere is maintained throughout your stay. There is a T.V with numerous cable channels, bleached wooden dining table and chairs, side dresser and coat stand. TERRACE WITH FINE VIEWS : The patio door leads to a large terrace with table and chairs, an ideal way to sit and admire the superb views and watch the sailing boats go by. At night the moon on the sea, with the lights of Sunny Beach glistening beyond, is enchanting. MASTER BEDROOM : The master bedroom is a light and airy room, with tasteful classic furnishings. Whilst lying in bed it's possible to see Nessebar in the distance. The French windows lead onto a large balcony with views overlooking the sea and beach. The double wardrobe has ample space for belongings, there are also two bedside cabinets an alarm clock radio as well as a dressing table housing a hair dryer with vanity mirror. EN-SUITE BATHROOM : Leading directly from the master bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. All towels and bedding are provided for your stay and included in the price, a laundry and cleaning service is available from the hotel reception at very reasonable prices. BEDROOM 2 : The second bedroom is a twin room, also light and airy with sea views. There is a double wardrobe, bed side table and chest of drawers with mirror. FAMILY BATHROOM : Nice and spacious there is a full size bath for those who like to relax at the end of the day, there is also the option to shower which is over the bath.
