Description of Nessebar Apartment

Efir Village is only 600m from the heart of the main Sunny Beach resort. The beach is only 100m from the complex. It has a large adult pool & a children's pool with a water cafe bar open till the early morning. Secure parking, Reception at front of complex, 24 hour supermarket, taxi rank, bus stop.

The Luxury apartment has 1 bedroom (with a double bed) and a large sofa bed in the lounge. It has been designed to the highest specification with wood laminate flooring throughout. Furniture includes TV with cable channels, CD/MP3/FM Stereo player. Bathroom is fully tiled with a bath & shower. Natural Hot mineral water is also piped into the bathroom. It has a fully fitted kitchen with all the required appliances including a WASHING MACHINE. Patio door from the lounge and bedroom gives easy access to the large balcony - also equipped with patio furniture.

Beach games, water sports, golf buggy hire, motor bike hire, boating trips, etc., are all available.
