Description of Sveti Vlas Apartment
The apartment is on the second floor and has stair and lift access to all floors. It occupies an area of 100 square metres and consists of an inner hallway and bathroom a large lounge and includes the kitchen and dining area which has a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is completely fitted out with sink, 2-ring electric hob, full oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, etc. and everything else you\'d need.

There are 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower, toilet and wash-basin. The second bedroom is the same size, has twin beds and is next door to the main bathroom which also has shower, toilet and wash-basin. Both bedrooms have plenty of clothes storage. The sofa in the lounge can be opened up to provide extra sleeping place for 2. Bedding for the sofa in storage space underneath sofa The apartment is fully air-conditioned with air-con units in the lounge and both bedrooms. They are \"reverse\" units which means they provide air cooling in the summer and warm air heating on colder days. The balcony opens up from the lounge and the master bedroom and provides views to the south and west over the pool below and the nearby marina.

About Sveti Vlas: St Vlas is a small coastal village of approximately 3000 inhabitants and is situated just 5 kilometres north of Sunny Beach, 9 kilometres from Nessebar and about 35 kilometres from Bourgas airport which is about a 30 minute journey by car. The apartment is second line from the sea and about 100 metres from the beach and yachting Marina. The Marina has a hotel, a couple of restaurants, a cafe/bar and a number of shops. Many of the other complexes nearby have good value restaurants and there is a small 24-hour supermarket in the Riviera complex just in front of RCN. All of the facilities you\'ll need close by if you just wanted to remain local during your holiday.

How to get there:Bourgas airport is the nearest and is 35 km from Sveti Vlas which is about 30 minutes by car/taxi. Pick-up can be arranged for you from the airport to the apartment at a cost of 60 leva (30 Euros)each way regardless of the arrival time of your flight. You can also fly in to Varna airport which ia around a 90 minute drive to the apartment. If this is an option for you, please contact me and I can obtain airport pick-up prices when requested.
