The house is light and bright, very comfortable and welcoming. Sit on the balcony in the peace and quiet and watch the sun rise on the forest and Greek mountains and in the evening to see the fantastic sunsets over the Snezhanka Tower and ski slopes.

Four Seasons Retreat has been built & designed to allow for separate apartments accessed by a central staircase whilst maintaining the cosy atmosphere of a family home. It can sleep up 15+ people. It has central heating and log fires in each of the 3 lounges. There are 3 large lounge/dining/kitchen areas - 2 with balconies, with access to the garden/terrace from the ground floor, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 6 ensuite bedrooms, washing/laundry room, ski room, garage with large separate storage room, 2 separate toilets on landings and a large central spiral staircase. The house is regularly cleaned and maintained by a local couple who ensure that the house is kept spotlessly clean, that all the appliances are in working order, and keep the wood burner going to ensure that the house is warm and cosy for the duration of your holiday.

About Momchilovtsi: Momchilovtsi is a large but very friendly village (over 500 houses) and it has all the facilities and amenities you could wish for. It has a Town Hall, Post Office, several restaurants and cafes, many shops all selling home grown produce, a Chemist, ATM, and an Internet Café. The village also has broadband and cable internet.
Smolyan (the nearest Town) is 20 mins drive and the Pamporovo Ski Resort is slightly less.
How to get there:Situated in the heart of the Central Rhodope Mountains at an altitude of 1,200 m, Momchilovtsi lies 240 km from the airport of Sofia and 100 km from the airport of Plovdiv. It is also 12 km from the nearest town of Smolyan.
Also, a road widening and upgrading project is currently underway from Plovdiv, via Smolyan to Greece which is nearing completion, will mean that the journey from Momchilovtsi to the Aegean Sea will be possible in 1.5 hours.
