Description of Byala Villa
Byala is a reaaly delightful and pleasant residential seaside town with a variety of very good restaurants, bars and shops. Boasting a splendid clock tower, tourist information bentre and local museum in the centre, it also has a harbour and traditional fishing pier. We genuinely believe that it's the best seaside resort along the Black Sea...

The large detached villa, on ground and upper floor is conveniently located between Varna and Bourgas along the Black Sea coast, Byala is a peaceful residential resort town, served by both Varna and Bourgas International airports.

For contrast, the bustling and lively seaside resort town of Obzor is only 4 Km away, together with Varna and Nessebar which are also not far.

Set in it\'s own large garden, populated with mature grape vines (help yourself to grapes) and fruit trees, the villa is comfortable and fully modernised, with two balconies both offering lovely views from which the sea can also be seen.

The sandy beach is a walkable(less than one kilometer) distance from the villa and is a delight.

The villa is ideally located in a quite residential area, yet is only 2 minutes walk to the town centre which features many bars, restaurants and shops. It is also walking distance to the bus station, which runs regular daily schedules to Varna City and Bourgas.

The interior is light, airy and spacious with large well proportioned furnished rooms. The modern kitchen features all conveniences, including a washing machine and micro-wave oven. Each of the four double bedrooms are large and well presented. One of the bedrooms has it's own balcony. Each of the two bathrooms is fully tiled and fully modernised. The living room has a TV and DVD player. There are no parking restrictions.

About Byala: Conveniently located between Varna and Bourgas along the Black Sea coast, Byala is a peaceful residential seaside resort town which is served by both Varna and Bourgas International airports. For contrast, the bustling and lively seaside resort town of Obzor is only 4 Km along the coast with it's night clubs, water sports, go-carts and general night-life. In addition to the semi-developed main Byala beach, with it's famous water-slide (very popular with children) there are unspoilt beaches and stunning countryside nearby (ideal for long treks) with acres of ancient vine yards and sunflower fields, which are still in use.

How to get there:Byala is very easily reached both from Varna and Bourgas by a scheduled bus service which is reliable and quite comfortable. Car hire is also available and a taxi can also take you to Byala for a very reasonable fare of around 60-75 levas (From Varna)

fs Booking Procedure and Conditions

1. Initial contact should be made via email to check availability of your holiday dates. Please include your contact details. We will confirm and email our booking form which must be completed and mailed back with your initial deposit of £50 per week. This initial deposit is normally non-returnable. Payments may be made via cheque, bank-transfer or PayPal.

2. The remaining balance of your holiday becomes due 4 weeks before your arrival. At that time, we also require that you to send a separate cheque for £30 per person (ie if there are 4 persons in the booking party, including children, a deposit of 30 x 4 is required - total £120 You are assured that this is a fully refundable deposit held to cover for damage, losses & breakages, if any. SPECIAL OFFER: A 10% discount will be applied to all confirmed bookings made 3 months before the holiday dates, OR where full payment is made with deposit.

3. If you are forced to cancel your holiday, please notify us via telephone immediately. We shall try to re-let, but if we are unable to do so in the time given to us, you will be liable for the cost of the holiday. We therefore recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance policy to cover for this eventuality. If we are able to re-let, you will receive a refund, but you will appreciate that it is not always possible to re-let at short notice.

4. Bookings are generally from 3pm on day of arrival, until 1 PM on the day of departure to allow for servicing of the apartment. However due to availability of flights and awkward times of arrival and departure we are usually flexible, where possible.

5. Guests are asked to leave the self-catering property in the condition they would expect to find it. A vacuum cleaner and basic cleaning materials are provided.

6. The Owner is not liable to the guest, or any member of the guests party, for any loss or damage to any belongings of any of them or their visitors. Nor is the owner responsible for acts of negligence or wilful damage caused to the guest or members of the guest’s party by any other person. In the event of misconduct or any other necessary cause, the owner reserves the right to terminate the let without any refund of letting monies.

7. If you sell on your holiday booking to a third party, it MUST be with the agreement of the Owner, after prior notification.

8. If you are expecting visitors and are planning for them to stay overnight, you are fully responsible for them.

9. The guests right to occupy the property is limited to a right of occupation for holiday purposes and such right shall terminate at 1 PM unless otherwise agreed, on the scheduled day of departure.

10. The Owner and their appointed representatives reserve the right to enter the property at reasonable times for the purpose of maintenance or repair to the interior or exterior of the property, or for any other need.

11. We ask that you respect our strict No Smoking policy and expect that you and your guests will refrain from smoking while inside the house. However, the balconies and garden may be used for smoking, with the use of ashtrays and due consideration.

12. Although emergency medical treatment (if required) is generally free for EU members in Bulgaria, for your own peace of mind, we strongly advise that all guests have valid comprehensive holiday insurance to cover unforeseen mishaps, cancellations etc.
