Villas Ivelina occuppies a prime position in Momchil villa area - located between the enchanting holiday town of Balchik and the exclusive beach resort of Albena - overlooking the sparkling Black sea, the green hills and Balchik bay. The villas command a private pool and a small, but very well kept garden with BBQ area. This holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests and it is a great place for large groups with limited budget.

Villas Ivelina consist of two semi-detached properties, each with its own air-conditioned living-room with dining and kitchen areas on the ground floor, 6 bedrooms all over the whole house with a ceiling fan, 4 shower-rooms and 2 separate WC only. Kitchen areas are very well equipped with refrigerator combined with a freezer, 4 hobs, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine (only in one of the kitchen areas), toaster, el. kettle, extractor fan, washing machine. Sitting is provided for 8 people in both dining areas and comfortable lounge areas for 8 guests with Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player.

The bedrooms and the shower-rooms are located on the first floor in the villas and are equipped as follows:
- Bedroom 1: twin beds, wardrobe, bedside table with reading lamp, two chairs, lamp with a fan, room with shower and sink available, access to a terrace with sea view;
- Bedroom 2: twin beds, wardrobe, bedside table with reading lamp, lamp with a fan, access to a terrace with sea view;
- Bedroom 3: twin beds, wardrobe, bedside table with reading lamp, lamp with a fan, access to a terrace with view to the garden;

Villas Ivelina offer a separate garage for use by visitors and on site secured parking for those who wish to hire a car.

Notes: Air-conditioning is available only in the both living rooms, but not in bedrooms. The twin beds can be easily joined on to each other. Two sun lounges available. Sitting for 8 people is available around the BBQ – 4 plastic chairs and 2 concrete benches. Pool size is 5 m in length and 3 m in width. The road to the villa is typically second class one and a bit bumpy.
Changeover day: Flexible during summer season 2010, according to the current availability.
