It was built in the 1930's but was fully renovated in 2006/2007 into at present 2 double bedroomed apartments.
The house is currently rented out as 2 apartments, but it could be made into a 3/4 bed house, with 2 bathrooms if buying.
There are barns and an outbuilding attached to the property, which at present is a shared utility room, but could be converted into another bedroom with ensuite.
At present this is the washing machine area for renters
There is water, electric and mains sewers, also a well.
It is situated in the centre of the village.
The Garden is just under a 1/4 of an acre and is enclosed on all sides and very private.

Our First Floor apartment consists of: one double bedroom a fitted kitchen, a spacious lounge bathroom with large shower area, sink and toilet there are 2 aircon units providing heat and air conditioning at either end of the apartment Outside area: there is a covered balcony and sun terrace Our Ground Floor apartment consists of: one double bedroom a fitted kitchen a spacious lounge a woodburner bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet there are radiators in the kitchen and bedroom, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom hallway with cupboards and dressing table Outside area there is a small covered area and a large patio area Fly screens on all windows and doors.

About General Inzovo: The village that the house is located in is just under 1000 in population, already has some British permanently living here including ourselves in our other property.
There are shops, a wonderful restaurant in a lovely park, cafes, a post office, a hardware store, a kindergarten, frequent public transport, a football team, a traditional singing and dancing group, a theatre and library, a river, a nature reserve with much flora and fauna, wonderful mountain and rolling hill views, fantastic walks, friendly people.
Temperatures in the summer can get up as high as 50 degrees in July/August but a more comfortable 30 degrees in May/June.
How to get there:The village is 20 mins from the nearest large town for all shopping needs, 1.5 - 2hrs (100kms) from the nearest airport of Bourgas, with trains and buses to the capital Sofia (4 hours driving) and other regions.
1 hour to Turkey, 2 hours to Greece

Both these apartments come with bed linen and kitchen towels, bath/hand towels are not provided unless agreed beforehand
We do welcome people with pets and children, however please check beforehand
These apartments are both non smoking
A welcome pack will be provided, with some basic items such as sugar, tea, coffee, bread, jam, cereal and milk.
Medium and Long lets are a minimum of 4 weeks paid in advance, plus a *damages deposit (see below for more)
Electricity and logs are included in the price for SHORT TERM LETS ONLY.
Electricity is charged extra on arrival during medium and long lets and will be agreed before arrival but charged at a rate per unit payable 4 weekly.
(If only one apartment is being rented, the renter is responsible for full payment of the electricity bill)
*A damage deposit of 300 euro (585 leva) is due on arrival for long lets, this is returned to you within 4 weeks of you leaving, after all checks are made to the apartment.
The water and electricity supplies to the village occasionally have interruptions, this is entirely beyond our control and we hope it will not spoil your enjoyment of our village.
