External insulation is fitted, making this property comfortable at all times of the year.
There is a cd/radio available for your use, freesat tv, an internet connection (we usually have a spare laptop you can borrow if you need one).
All windows and doors are fitted with fly screens, and the house is fully double glazed.
Garden has furniture & a seating area, plus off road parking.
All beds have duvets and Villa Roza will be ready for you on your arrival, with a few staple items to get you started ie tea, coffee, milk, biscuits.
We have a Property Management Service who will 'meet and greet' you either at the airport or at Villa Roza. Darren & Nikki are on hand during your stay to help with any problems or enquiries.
We can organise local car hire or transfers from any Bulgarian airport - just ask!

Villa Roza has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also an electric immersion heater for hot water, and climate control units throughout. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double & 1 twin). There are also patio doors & a sun terrace on the upper floor. Sizeable Shower room, which also hosts washing machine,is on upstairs landing. Downstairs there is a small cosy lounge with wood burning stove, kitchen & dining room with table and 4 chairs. Linen is provided, but please supply your own towels (apart from tea towels). All electricity is included in your rental (apart from long lets ie 8 weeks or over), and villa has air conditioning.

Nearest ski slope: 1 1/2 hours by car
About General Inzovo: There are a number of shops within walking distance in the village where you can buy most of the day to day items that you will need.
There is also a restaurant and a a bar/disco which doesn't seem to keep any kind of standard hours that we can work out!
The nearest big town, Yambol, boasts a number of supermarkets plus plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.
The area is alive with wildlife as it is quite rural and our property managers can organise bird watching trips - just ask for details.
How to get there:Airport is around an hour and a half by car.
We can organise car hire for you or a taxi to pick you up from any Bulgarian airport - just ask for details.
Plovdiv is the nearest airport although at the moment is only served from the UK by winter ski charters (you can often get flight only deals on these).
In the Summer you can fly to Bourgas, Sofia or Varna. Bourgas is the nearest to Yambol.

A deposit of 25% of rental is required with your booking. Remainder of rental is due 6 weeks before start date of your holiday.
Long Term Let
A damage deposit of one month's rent is required which is refunded once all final checks have been done. Please note that deductions will be made from this deposit to cover any damage, extra cleaning if required, and final electricity bill.
Rental is paid monthly in advance, and payment for electricity bills will be collected by our property managers as they fall due (usually monthly).
